In 2017 we acquired a Tuscan Vineyard, which comprises an operating 1.2 million bottle annual capacity vineyard in Tuscany and a 30,000 sq foot house, the following 4 years were spent completely overhauling the site from landscaping to roofing, we renovated the entire place including electrics, plumbing, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces.

We gained valuable insight into real estate projects in Italy, following this we invested in 7 more properties from Rome to Tuscany and everywhere in between.
